We use our hot tub daily. It definitely has become a lifestyle, and it has turned our back yard into a place of tranquility. The investment we have made into the Coast Spa has been one that has paid off. My husband and I both suffered from lower back pain and the relief that this Spa provides is something to look forward to at the end of the day. Since we have purchased this Spa my back pain and been reduced significantly. Another benefit that I have found out is that our hot tub promotes weight loss! Apparently in clinical studies patients who used hot tubs lost an average of 3.5 pounds in weight without any new diet or physical exercise programs. I joke with my family that I have become a “Bathlete”. A recent study for the Mayo Clinic recommended that relaxing in a hot tub can be beneficial for heart disease patients. The study showed that relaxing in a hot tub is less stressful on the heart and more beneficial than working out on an exercise bike! We enjoy the hot tub on early morning fall days when the air is crisp, and leafs are starting to fall. I would defiantly recommend Coast Spa to anyone who is interested in increasing their quality of life. The people we worked with at The Place in Medina are sincerely good and honest people. We had a few technical issues when installing the spa and the PLACE was more than accommodating in getting our spa up and running for us. Every time we visit their shop for supplies, they are still as professional and friendly as ever. We are very happy to have purchased our hot tub, and look forward to continue doing business with them in the future.

My family and I had a hot tub several years ago. It was a large one and ended up having issues with the chemicals eroding the jets making them pop off all the time. Flash forward several years and now that our kids are grown and my husband and I are getting older, we decided to look at hot tubs again. Ben at Relax & Retreat Hot Tubs in Plano, Texas showed us the Coast hot tubs. We love it! It’s relaxing and enjoyable! Haven’t had the problems with chemicals that we had with the old hot tub. In fact we signed up for the quarterly delivery of everything we need to keep our hot tub working perfectly. Now that our kids are older (late teens) they enjoy it as well. It’s perfect for aching muscles after working out for them (or from being old for us) – laugh out loud. The sound system is amazing. We have an in-ground pool in our backyard and have been using the sound system (Bluetooth) in the hot tub instead of our old outdoor stereo system. It’s so relaxing to sit in the hot tub on a cool, starry night and have a glass or wine or a beer with my hubby! I’m pretty sure it will more than pay for itself since we are not spending as much money on massages. I can’t believe we waited as long as we did to take the plunge and get a new hot tub. I just wish we had done it sooner!

We have recently taken delivery of our new Coast hot tub. We thought we should perhaps just write and let you know that the team from Hot Tubs at Home were fantastic. To say that they went above and beyond is an understatement. Our Hot Tub journey was a pleasure, with Jenny giving lots of information but not making us feel under pressure to buy from them at all. She was very knowledgeable and indeed helpful. She kept us informed as to the delivery and installation process. The new Hot Tub was to replace an existing one that had gone to the Hot Tub graveyard. This was located in a log cabin. Therefore the log cabin was a bit of an obstacle. Darren and his team (Nathon, and Neil), lifted the log cabin and removed the front. This enabled them to remove the old tub. Having done this, they brought in the new one and placed it exactly in the centre of the log cabin, with not an inch difference on each side. PERFECT. When re-assembling the cabin, the chaps made sure that all was back in place and secure. No mess was left behind and more importantly no damage was done. Fantastic! The Coast Hot Tub is an excellent product and along with the excellent customer service we received, we will have no qualms in recommending Coast to others.

Great day yesterday. 10 years in the planning. (Perhaps too long?) The service was extremely professional. It’s like going to the camera section in London Drugs, the staff are so well informed. We had zero unanswered questions. Janelle was our expert. Absolutely top notch woman! We were not pressured to purchase. Coast has a great reputation and history. They’re manufactured in Langley! They’ve been around for decades. I feel confident that they’ll want to make a solid product for us to enjoy for many years. (About 8 weeks for delivery) This product isn’t going to fall apart in a few years and end up in the landfill like one from the big box stores. Believe me, I was tempted to pay less but the options & benefits on this brand far outweigh the point of paying for short term gain and wishing we had: stronger jets, double layered filter (super easy to clean), external and easy access filter, lifetime guarantee on the tub shell, 3 year warranty on everything else, LOCAL repair and service department, oh, and a mouse proof base so no unwanted visitors unlike your standard tubs. They also spray foam to insult and create a barrier around all the parts and tubes. I couldn’t be more confident in our purchase yesterday. The only downside, I won’t want to leave my yard to go on holiday.

We have had our Radiance Curve for 2 years now. We have been extremely happy with it and still use it 3+ times a week. We LOVE our vanishing edge spa!! The main reason we chose it is because our view is so spectacular and we didn’t want anything to impede it. Sadly our photography skills are not as spectacular 🙂 We can see all of downtown, the north shore mountains, planes landing at the airport, our infinity edge pool, Vancouver island etc. the sunset views are amazing but our camera is not very good and doesn’t capture them very well.
