VANCOUVER (Langley) – June 29, 2018 - Coast Spa Manufacturing (CSMI) announced today it received ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (QMS) certification through the world leading certification company, SGS Systems.

CSMI is one of only two hot tub manufacturers in the world to earn ISO 9001:2015 certification. The company first achieved ISO 9001 in December of 2000. Coast Spas has invested more than a year preparing for the ISO 9001:2015 QMS registration. This process required pre-audit examinations, complete design documentation, development and manufacturing processes along with support programs, and making sure internal audit processes were predictable and consistent.
