We just wanted to send you this email to let you know about our hot tub
that we purchased last August 2007. Three words sum it up "WE LOVE IT"!!!
We originally purchased a cheaper model from Costco and returned it because of the lack of quality. We decided to purchase the Coast Spa - Northwind Special Edition model and are absolutely in heaven. We use it almost Every single day. The full foam insulation, the gorgeous slate surround and the rigid corning shell is truly energy efficient.
Mermaid pool and spas excellent sales department has really surprised us! Dave McNaughton has a great knowledge of hot tubs and answered all of our questions with ease. We felt confident that this hot tub was the best value for the buck!We felt confident that this hot tub was the best value for the buck! The service department is readily available to answer questions anytime you contact them.
We never live without a hot tub and will always make sure that we purchase a Coast spa in the future!
